Description
The Georgia Guidestones instructed that the world's population should be reduced to 500 million. The New World Order didn't anticipate a gamma ray burst, however. Dying of pancreatic cancer, Neville Kaddo, a member of a very secret society, is one of a very few who are left alive on the planet. Can he atone for his past sins and help save what's left of humanity?
...
Dr. Lawrence Jansen has lost his wife and his world. The most powerful force in the universe has killed off nearly all plant and animal life on Earth, and human survivors are few and far between. In the aftermath of the cataclysm, Larry Jansen also fears he has lost his mind. A young man claiming to be Satan offers to help him regrow the Garden of Eden, between the Tigris and Euphrates, so that any survivors might have food. The supposed devil assures Dr. Jansen that if they do, not only the planet, but also his wife, can live again.
With no other options, the scientist agrees to help 'Beelzebub' with the task, using Neville Kaddo's private jet to transport seeds from the Norwegian seedbank to Iraq.
Is love even more powerful than a gamma ray burst? Is there a way to restore hope to a barren world and a barren heart?
Or, is it all a trick of a fractured, ancient soul?
Author's note to my regular readers: I know that you want and expect a romance... this time, there is a bit of science and philosophy before you get to it :) Don't worry, it all ties together with the love story...
