Description
This is the story of two brothers, living on opposite ends of the country, struggling to survive in a world meeting its demise. A deadly virus is sweeping the nation and infecting its victims with a morbidly psychotic urge to attack those not infected. In the final days of America's struggle to contain this horrid outbreak, the Landry brothers can only do their best to protect the ones they love.
Robert Landry lives in Colton, Pennsylvania. The infectious disease started to spread west from Manhattan and parts of New England and is rapidly gaining ground. Robert is immediately faced with the dangers of this new world while ensuring the safety of his mother and father. The events that follow will leave him wishing he had never left his apartment that morning.
Paul Landry lives in Green Falls, Washington. News of the inevitable disease slowly breaks down the cohesion of this north-west logging town. Paul is a family man; his concerns are to keep his wife and two young sons safe. His neighbor, Roy Benton, is a figurehead in their small community. Their plan is to take both of their families to refuge in the mountains. But what is the cost of food, water, and ammunition in a world going completely mad?
