This is a true story following my turmoils over 4 decades. I was born in London at the beginning of the hip 70's. Disco music, alcohol and drugs were a big part of the party scene. It was the "groovy era". I grew up in a normal family. My parents and siblings doted on me. Unfortunately, I inherited my father's alcoholic genes. Somewhere along my journey, life became a struggle, a living nightmare. For a period of three years, I begged for money, trying to survive on the streets of two well known cities. I drank from morning till night until I felt no pain. Depression and fear drove me to thoughts of suicide. There was no way out, until one day I asked for help...
