It was like this: Charlotte "Charlie" Caldwell wanted to live somewhere not her parents' house, not her sister's house, and not her friends' couches. The problem was that she had a very expensive degree from a top-notch university and all the debt that went with it. Willis Barnett inherited the family farm after his father passed away, and with his mother, they hope to make Christmas Tree Town a big profit this year to help keep the family business in the black.
