Description
Meet Harley and his younger brother, James, embarking on the seemingly simple task of delivering a lifeless body. As a seasoned employee of the funeral parlor, Harley is accustomed to the peculiarities of his trade. Transporting the deceased is just another day at the office for him. To him, the dead is simply dead and ghosts don't exist.
However, that's not quite the case for James. James is uncertain about ghosts, zombies and things that go bump in the night. He believes in keeping an open mind about such things. Against his instincts, he agrees to accompany Harley as an assistant, enticed by the promise of extra earnings.
Unbeknownst to Harley, James harbors a deep fear of what lies inside the coffin. And the case of beer they purchased for the return trip? It serves only to fuel James' already vivid imagination.
Join them on this hilarious journey as James grapples with his fears, and the line between reality and the supernatural becomes blurred. Is it merely James' imagination playing tricks on him, or is there something more sinister lurking within the shadows of the hearse? Don't miss your chance to secure your own copy and find out for yourself.

"This is an amusing short story on a profession few could handle. It is a quick read with angst and humor. Nicely done."
"Great short story. Would recommend to anyone looking for a story with a twist. Did not expect it to be funny, yet it had me laughing almost to the end. Loved the characters choices also."
