Ding ding, seconds out, round two. Here we go again. If you liked my first book of shorts, chances are, you'll like this one.
In book one, 'Proceed with Caution,' the underlying theme was 'substance misuse' and the darkness associated with that lifestyle, all with a humorous twist. (I put it together while at college learning about addiction counselling)
This second collection of short stories keeps that theme for three of the tales. Of the other stories within, I touch on the subject of dementia. Two of the stories deal with minds of delusion. There's the second part of 'Young Rab' and his adventures. A near-death experience and a couple of light-hearted stories complete the set.
The title is a solid hint to what's not inside. These stories are unfiltered, unedited, and raw, served as they come.
All the characters are purely fictional, and any recognition is coincidental.
