A couple of vaudeville-era ghosts have invaded April's tearoom insisting that she travel to Lavender Falls to find a missing man.

The catch? They don't even know the man's name.

When a broken water main forces April to close the tearoom, she and Irma decide a vacation is in order. The quaint town of Lavender Falls sounds like the perfect place for a getaway. And as long as she's there, she can check if there are any missing person cases.
