Description
This book is an introduction to the removals game and what you can expect to experience on your journey, as I have now retired and live a very comfortable lifestyle abroad. However, for a few years before I decided to retired at age fifty, I used to run an all inclusive training course. The cost of that course was £1300 and included everything you needed to know about the removals business, how to get the leads, how to quote, what kind of van and equipment and even included a reference manual and a website. Many of my trainees are still in business today and one guy in particular now has a fleet of vans and makes well over £100,000 profit per year. (And most of that is cash so don't forget to declare everything to your wonderful, caring, government.)
That manual is now available as a paperback or on Amazon Kindle and entitled;
"Start a Removals Business" by Mark Bond.
And even though it is now several years old, the system still works and the key to the whole thing is offering competitive quotes and obtaining the proper removal leads. However, this book is not about the mechanics of how it all works as that is covered in detail in the aforementioned book above.
This book is about my own personal journey, the lifestyle and kind of money you can make by starting your own removals business. Most days we were home by just after midday and the average profit on a small local removal with one van and two men was about £300 pounds. A large two or three van removal can easily generate £1000 plus. So, as you can see, this is a very profitable game and I only worked it for twelve years but was able to retire at fifty and used some of my profits to build a swimming pool resort in Thailand where we now live in total freedom from the restrictive and controlling UK government.
So if you also want to escape the system, I think this little book will inspire you greatly.
