When the naïve Jamie leaves his Scottish village for university in England, he thinks it will be a quiet time of study and perhaps a little socialising.

Despite corrupt politicians, bribery, blackmail, kidnap, torture, kinky sex, PTSD, substance abuse & assassination plots, this book remains a tender love story, albeit one with Private & Public Sector Hoods getting in the way.
