Omegas are rare. Omegas are precious. Winter is so freaking over being an Omega!
All his life, Winter has been kept in a pretty cage to keep him safe. Only Omegas can procreate with anyone, regardless of species or designation, and male Omegas tend to breed powerful Alphas. Since he's not stupid enough to tempt fate and run away, he lives vicariously through the stories told by his older Alpha brothers. The only time he's allowed to interact with outsiders is when there's a ceremony or celebration, but since his twin sister is having a Mating Ceremony, at least this Christmas he'll get to celebrate with his family... and maybe actually make some friends outside of his pack!
