Kendall Waters is a successful defense attorney who moonlights for a money-laundering family in the desert town of Sawtooth, Arizona. She finds herself questioning everything after her client retires and leaves the business to his mysterious nephew, Alvaro. Sparks don't exactly fly when they meet, as he's intimidating and standoffish.
