This book takes you through my personal journey with Parkinson's, starting with the symptoms and the unexpected diagnosis and my experiences over the last 16 years living with this disease. I share my feelings of being embarrassed and hiding it for over 5 years and how I went on a search to find any good news that comes from having Parkinson's. I have found that Parkinsons does not define me, and that life goes on. I share little trick's and tips that have helped me along the way.
